Shipping policy

Orders placed on Careem, Deliveroo, Keeta, Noon & Talabat will display the relevant delivery times on their platform. Delivery time will be based on distance from the outlet, but are usually under 30 minutes.

For all orders placed for delivery to Dubai & Abu Dhabi (excl Al Ain) we now operate an instant delivery service, using Noon drivers. This service excludes the gift category and bespoke label service, however same day delivery is possible for these option too if you contact us in advance.

For all other orders we aim to deliver your order within 1-3 business days. During the summer months, refrigerated delivery is used to ensure your order arrives in great condition. Please ensure someone is in to take the order, as if it is left outside it will melt.

Orders over AED 60 qualify for Free Delivery. There will be a small charge of AED 15 for any orders below AED 60.
