30-Minute Delivery — Dubai & Abu Dhabi

Our 30-minute delivery service is available across the main urban areas of Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Please note that 30-minute delivery is not available to certain remote and outlying areas of the Emirates of Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

If your delivery address falls outside our 30-minute delivery coverage area, we will contact you after your order is placed. Your order will instead be dispatched using our fast refrigerated delivery service at no additional charge.

Delivery times are estimated from the point at which your order is accepted and may occasionally be affected by traffic, weather, unusually high order volumes or circumstances outside our control.

Orders of AED 80 or more qualify for Free Delivery. There will be a charge of AED 15 for orders below AED 80.

Rest of the UAE

Orders to Al Ain, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain and Fujairah are sent using our fast refrigerated delivery service.

Orders are usually delivered the next day, although we recommend allowing 1–3 days for delivery.

We use refrigerated delivery to help ensure your order arrives in great condition. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order. If a parcel is left outside, particularly in warm weather, the contents may melt or become damaged. If you instruct the courier to leave your parcel unattended, Sugar Rush and the courier cannot accept liability for heat-related damage.

Orders of AED 80 or more qualify for Free Delivery. There will be a charge of AED 15 for orders below AED 80.

Careem, Deliveroo, Keeta, Noon Food & Talabat

Orders placed on the delivery apps will display the relevant delivery times on their platform. Delivery time will be based on distance from the outlet, but are usually under 30 minutes.
